{Design Inspiration}: Back to School Spaces

The end of August always means kids are gearing up to head back to school, though I don’t miss having my head in the books I do miss the annual school shopping trip (the back to school deals are killing me right now!) While students are busy prepping for the school year ahead I thought I would share a few of our favorite organized study spaces that are perfect for accomplishing all of the homework that’s about to come 🙂

So much to love about this space! Navy cabinets make this area playful and not to serious. I love that each child has its own space and organized bulletin board area, perfect for art projects and to-do lists!

This may be one of my favorites! Love the classic white cabinets with fun pops of color. A bright, inspiring space to get lots of work done…and can we talk about those chairs?!

Kids need a lot of space for art, craft and science projects! Using butcher block is a nice sturdy surface for these activities. Long runs of countertop and plenty of seating allows for everyone to get involved in the fun!

Not every desk space needs to be large if it’s perfectly organized! This space has just the right amount of storage…adding a cute fabric over the bulletin board is a fun detail to tie the space together!

What’s not to love about this space? Ship lap, Calcutta marble and the cutest storage boxes around!

There you have it kids! Enjoy the school year and study hard 🙂
