As we start in on our 2015 Luxury Home Tour house, we are working on the design of the morning room. Morning rooms are a new {old} trend that is becoming more and more popular as our busy lives cry for casual, comfortable spaces to relax in and getaway from the day to day chaos.

Morning rooms, or Breakfast rooms, are a casual dining area sometimes taking place of a classic Formal Dining room and tends to be connected to the kitchen, and off the back of the house.

Think LOTS of windows, and cheerful, calm colors.

Here is a morning room we designed for our Pennsylvania House… the perfect place to have a cup of coffee or a cozy dinner time meal with family.
