We have been seeing a lot of these beauties popping up on Pinterest lately- and can’t wait to start on one of our own soon! Modern farmhouses are perfect for a growing family- simple lines, open spaces, and elements that can withstand heavy traffic and not so gentle kiddos 😉

Exteriors: White siding (vertical is a great choice!), metal roofs, and black windows are very common features of a Modern Farmhouse exterior.
