Each project we work on always seems to have at least one unique factor that separates it from the rest. In our Victoria House Reno with Copper Creek we’re super excited to be designing a country club-esque pub that features a golf simulator (how cool is that?!). After spending some time working on this project we’ve learned that with each pub space, there should be a few essentials….
Plaid Carpet: There’s nothing that defines a pub more than the plaid carpet below one’s golf shoes!
Black and white plaid complimented by the perfect green, leather chairs…pass the Scotch please!
Navy and green Tartan…one can’t go wrong with this selection for a pub!
Who said all pubs have to be masculine? 🙂 I’d sign up for preppy, pink, plaid carpet any day!
Brass Light Fixtures: Of course you need to have brass lights in a pub! Old-school and charming…(AND so popular right now!) Here’s some of the brass lights we considered for our project.
Millwork: An Irish pub always has an abundance of dark wood, millwork….ours will too!
Simple, stained, flat panels are the perfect addition to this cozy booth seating.
I love the height of this wainscoting along with the multiple, raised panels!
It doesn’t get better than this. Detailed crown molding and brackets, raised panels and a rich brown stain. Throw in some green velvet and red plaid and one will never want to leave 🙂
We’ve stumbled upon lots of inspiring pub spaces throughout this project… here’s a look at a few of our favorites!
A handsome, classic look. The barstools are so charming 🙂
Love the midtone wood millwork.
This pub space has an updated, fresh look. Love the floors, camel, tufted leather booth and charcoal walls.
The plaid tile floors are a fun addition to this space! Swooning over that sconce too!
