A Complete Guide for Hosting Easter Brunch

Entertaining for Easter: Make it Look Effortless

In Monday’s blog post, we set the tone for Easter Sunday Brunch. The best way to host Easter Sunday is planning every detail. The day has arrived, the table is set. We are excited to show you how our planning turned out and dish up the details!

Use a boxwood wreath to dress up your door. We added a  pastel ribbon to give it some spring flair.

As soon as your guests arrive, they will be expecting something to drink. We served a cocktail inspired by Think Pink from The Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Louie, Bria’s son, requested “special water” infused with fresh fruit.

Earlier this week, we talked about keeping the kids busy with an Easter craft. To our surprise, the crafting table was a huge success! How cute did the little egg Easter bunnies turn out?

Hosting Easter brunch takes planning; the expectations are high. After the dark and cold Minnesota winter, your guests are ready for spring and cheerful decor.

Our favorite centerpiece, a Boxwood Bunny.

This design incorporates Juliska, dishesplacemats and napkins.

We added a blue ribbon to these adorable Fur Bunny Chairbacker’s from Pottery Barn Kids.

Finally, it’s time to eat! As you know from Monday’s post, we worked with One Cook Catering to take care of all the food. OCC is owned and operated by Molly Ryan Hocks. The up and coming St. Paul based company specializes in unique food through customized menus of heavy gourmet hors-d’oeuvres & desserts. What drew us to Molly {before ever trying her food} was how lovely and beautiful everything looks. She believes that presentation is just as important as how it tastes. She curates classic dishes with an uniquely elegant display that complements any party.

Everyone is fed, maybe even onto their third beverage, and it’s time for the host to sit back and relax. After all, the best holidays are the ones where you can enjoy time with family and friends.

Now who’s ready for the easter egg hunt?
