A lot of our favorite projects feature juxtaposition. From masculine/feminine to warm/cool, finding the balance of two opposing details makes our hearts sing. For our Dryden Road project, we played with modern and traditional elements – resulting in a beautiful home filled with thoughtful touches and a warm, inviting aesthetic that’s timeless for years to come.
Although this was a new construction home, this wasn’t a new client for us. This is the second home we worked on with our client and the relationship and trust we built with them on their last project made this one an absolute breeze. We were able to pull inspiration from their previous home, taking the things they loved from it (i.e. traditional style, approachable but sophisticated design, etc.) as well as incorporating their new wants/needs for this next chapter in their lives.
The main reason our client decided to move/build was to be closer to their daughter and grand children. Knowing this, we knew the design of the home needed to be functional, not fussy, while still having that beautiful, traditional aesthetic they love. Through mindful construction selections like quartz countertops and durable wallpaper to life-friendly furnishings, this home is perfect for spending time with family and friends – young and old. We hope you all love this project as much as we enjoyed designing it!

Can you tell me the wall color you used the Dryden Road? I have cabinets in wordly grey also.
Hey Julie, all the white walls in this project are painted White Dove by Benjamin Moore! A personal favorite of ours.
