Upon stepping into the project, you are greeted by a clean and bright foyer that sets the tone for the entire home. The millwork and contrasted light fixtures create an inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home from the moment you enter.

The open floor plan of the project seamlessly connects the living room with the rest of the home. As your eyes wander across the space, they’re immediately drawn to the grand stone fireplace that commands attention. But don’t let it distract you for too long, for the black wall of windows and built-in shelving are equally captivating, adding depth and character to the room.

Adjacent to the living room, the playroom awaits the little ones who will create cherished memories in this delightful space while our clients can still keep a watchful eye on them. While maintaining the overall aesthetic of the home, we’ve injected a pop of playfulness with a neutral color palette and woodland-themed wallpaper, perfectly complemented by contrasting trim.

Our personal favorite spot in the Lakeland Project is the breakfast nook – a truly charming corner nestled within the main kitchen area. Surrounded by a wood-paneled ceiling and contrasting black windows, this cozy nook features a built-in bench that invites you to start your day in comfort and style.

Prepare to be wowed by the kitchen in this home… a true masterpiece that commands attention. And it’s not just the sleek cabinetry and high-end appliances that steal the spotlight. The arched window and stone accent wall above the sink is an architectural marvel, offering an enchanting view of the backyard’s mesmerizing forestry.
