If there’s one question we get asked more than anything, it’s about paint colors. We know that choosing the right color for your home can be tricky, time consuming, and expensive – so we understand the pressure to get it right!
We know that dark paint colors can seem a bit scary in the sense that you never want you space to feel dark or claustrophic. But, when done properly, it can actually give a space a moody, inviting feel that can blur the lines of space to make a room often feel bigger and eyeopening.
In hopes of making the process easier for you all, today we’re sharing our roundup of our favorite dark paint colors. From moody blues to deep grays, these colors can be seen in some of our favorite projects we’ve ever done.

These colors are absolutely beautiful. We are re-doing the main floor bathroom with the kendall charcoal paint color. In the powder room picture above, where can I find that gold scalloped mirror? I love the simplicity and rounded corners. It doesn't appear to be a Brooke & Lou item. Thank you for all the inspiration!
Hi Jenny! Thanks for reaching out. :) Here's the link: https://bit.ly/2Puecz7
Love this! What shade is the white paint on the powder room? We’re transitioning to a more cohesive moody palate throughout the house and need something that ties it together. Thanks!
Hey Holly, the walls in that powder bath are painted White Down by Benjamin Moore!
