We’ve had a lot of project reveals lately and with each one, there’s something special that sets it apart from the next, a new challenge is presented that we get to learn from. This reveal is going to be good. Why? The before and after photos will blow you away and this project is like none other. We were able to incorporate unique architectural details, closely collaborating with builder SD Custom Homes and architect David Charlez Designs and…..we hardly used any color. Yep, we love color at Bria Hammel Interiors, but when our client encouraged us to incorporate sophisticated neutrals and layered textures we were excited for the change! We love how it turned out! What started as a master bath remodel, became a whole home to share with you!
The original façade of this house was a 90’s dream. A large arched entryway adorned with soft cream stucco was ready for a facelift.
Before….
And after…
With a lowered entryway and accents of real stone, this home has a new inviting feel when you pull up. Which is exactly the feel we went for when you enter the home…
In the kitchen, new upper cabinets, a fresh coat of paint, and handmade backsplash did the trick.
Before…
And after…
Next to the kitchen, you’ll find the great room. Once furnished in intricate furniture with darker colors is now a light and airy room featuring a custom fireplace detail that we can’t get enough of!
Before…
And after…
There’s still so much to share. So come back next week to see more!
