- Answer phones as required with a proactive customer service attitude
- Greeting all clients, vendors and delivery people
- Ordering all office supplies
- Maintain company contacts database with up-to-date and accurate data
- Assist Management Team with administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized and orderly looking office
- Schedule conference room and studio meeting spaces
