Happy Thursday dear readers! This week’s textile feature, De Gournay is a personal favorite. Each color-way is available with either an indian tea paper or silk ground that range from pastels to gold leaf. Mix that with chinoiserie and I’m a happy camper. The designs are hand painted and are also available in a variety of pretty pastels. Each color-way and design feels perfectly traditional and customized. It really gives spaces a luxurious and timeless appeal. Check out a few of their combinations below:
Above: The gold leaf detail is a beautiful accent to the deep green. Love the hidden closet door.
Above: The green leaves are really popping against the pale lavender. Love the styling too!
Above: I love how they added in the greek key border above the wainscoting.
Above: Beautiful tone-on-tone application. A little more subdued but still sophisticated look. Plus, cute dog alert!
Above: I love this for a dramatic dining room. Such a great opportunity to show your style and personality!
