It feels like I was just catching up on fall collections and here we are with the first snow of the season! I thought this trend would cheer us up a bit. Over the last few months I’ve seen the design world’s obsession with marble take a funky turn. I love that these patterns feel fresh and funky but can still be subtle and classic when used in the right applications. For the daring, I would spice up a powder bathroom with Martyn Lawrence Bullard’s Carrara wallpaper for Schumacher. This pattern looks fabulous when paired with brass accents and makes a beautiful first impression. My first love was Rebecca Atwood’s marble sand pillow.
