The North Freeway Road House Reveal: Part II

Welcome back to Part II of our North Freeway Road House Reveal with SD Custom Homes. If you missed Part I from last week, check it out here. We wrapped up the main floor and now we’re excited to share the rest of this home with you!

The master bath is such a calming space. We mixed modern and traditional touches throughout this space to make it special! See how we incorporated herringbone and chevron tile details, single hole faucets with cross handles to combine his modern ideas wit her love for traditional design.

Having natural light for the makeup vanity influenced are design. We painted the windows grey allowing us to tie them in with the overall design. We love how how it all came together.

In order to draw attention to the focal tile insert we added hidden features to the shower. What you can’t see is the shampoo niche and shaving bench.

Designing the bonus room for our favorite little client was the best! A custom built-in play loft and ladder was just as fun for us to design as it is for her to play in. It’s all about the details, people!

The basement living and bar area is the definition of preppy. Navy cabinets, a shiplap island and a unique fireplace detail all came together so seamlessly to create an open concept design. There’s no doubt in our mind this space will become the most used in our clients’ new home!

When we designed this space we made sure it was functional for entertaining, yet intimate. We mingled rustic charm with modern structure. Using brass against the navy for contrast.

In order to create a unique focal point in this basement, we got creative with navy tile and intricate trim detail.

We pulled in the herringbone element that we used in the master bathroom to make it special.

See how everything comes to life in this beautiful SD Custom Homes video.

One of our favorites is in the books… We love our North Freeway Road House!
