Another day, another reveal! This time, we’re excited to share our Iteri Modern project with SD Custom Homes and David Charlez Designs. We’ve had the joy of working on a row of homes in this neighborhood (see this project and this one), each of them being unique and beautiful in their own way. And this project is certainly no different.
Our clients came to us wanting us to design for them a modern, industrial style home that still had that livable comfort. They are big entertainers so having an open floor plan, a sleek and professional kitchen, and conversation starter features was key. The final product ended up being the perfect combination of cool and warm and contemporary and classic.
We love how this home turned out and we can’t wait for our clients to be able to show off their beautiful spaces with their family and friends in the future.
