Bria Hammel Interiors and, our sister company, Brooke & Lou are looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Assistant, an organized Receiving & Fulfillment Coordinator, and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our teams!

Digital Marketing Assistant

Bria Hammel Interiors and, sister company, Brooke & Lou is looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team! The Digital Marketing Assistant will work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator and will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing content.

This candidate should be creative, consistent, and goal-orientated in order to communicate both the Bria Hammel Interiors and Brooke & Lou brands to our online communities.

• Social Media (70%)

– Work with marketing team to spearhead ideas and lead content initiatives to generate growth and engagement for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for Bria Hammel Interiors and Brooke & Lou
– Create content for Instagram stories utilizing Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop on a daily basis as well as capture organic, behind-the-scenes moments in the studio, photoshoots, events, etc.
– Assist in responding to direct messages and comments in a timely manner.

• Website (20%)

– Update Bria Hammel Interiors portfolio page with new projects.
– Add lifestyle images to Brooke & Lou’s product pages and update imagery on website (I.e. website banners, homepage imagery, etc.).

• Marketing Duties (10%)

– Photoshoot assistance (both product and lifestyle photoshoots)
– Minor client relation tasks (i.e. adding new leads to online directory and sending out/preparing gifts for new clients).


– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their different strengths and opportunities—Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
– Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
– Creative writer.
– Organized and effective communicator.
– Understanding of Bria Hammel Interiors and Brooke & Lou’s style and brand voice.
– Familiar with the interior design industry and industry leaders and influencers.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Job Type: Full-time with 2 days/week in-studio (for the time being).

Receiving & Fulfillment Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Shipping and Receiving:

– Receive all product from vendors that is sent to our warehouse. Unpack, inspect, track, and check product into inventory. Organize and store product as it arrives including labeling and tagging as necessary
– Appropriately package and ship product to fulfill orders according to company shipping standards
– Maintain and manage shipping supplies


– Organize and keep warehouse tidy and clean
– Rearrange warehouse as needed to accommodate new product as it arrives


– Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and accounted for
– Assist Buyer with quarterly inventory audits on all Brooke & Lou product


– Be punctual in attendance and dependable in performance
– Maintain a neat, business like appearance
– Represent the company in a professional manner
– Work closely as a team with everyone in the office


– Detail orientated
– Demonstrate solid knowledge of shipping and receiving and have experience in the field
– Basic knowledge of inventory tracking
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. repeatedly
– Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Software experience is a bonus: Shopify, QuickBooks online, and Microsoft Office Suite

Sales Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In Store:
– Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service
– Finalize customer sale by following checkout procedures and package purchase beautifully
– Superior brand and product knowledge, ambassador for both the Brooke & Lou and Bria Hammel Interiors brand
– Maintain an organized appearance throughout the sales floor restocking inventory as needed
– Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
– Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
– Perform closing procedures including daily cleaning

– Be punctual in attendance and dependable in performance
– Maintain a neat, business like appearance
– Represent the company in a professional manner

– Retail sales experience
– Strong relationship skills and ability to build connections with customers
– Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
– Available to work a variety of hours, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
– The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
– High school diploma or equivalent

– Software experience is a bonus:  Shopify and Microsoft Office Suite
